Some Important Teachings Of The Quran

Islam is a way of life and hence Allah has provided information regarding all important aspects of life in the Quran. Islam provides teachings on forgiveness, mercy, piousness, grace etc. Allah says in the Quran regarding forgiveness,

'Those who avoid the greater crimes and shameful deeds, and, when they are angry even then forgive;' (Qur'an 42:37).

Forgiveness has received great attention in Islam. It is considered a superior deed and all Muslims are encouraged to forgive others no matter how difficult.

Islam also appreciates good deeds and piousness. In Islam, a good deed always outweighs a bad one. One good deed cancels ten bad deeds. Allah says in the Holy Quran,

'He that doeth good shall have ten times as much to his credit: He that doeth evil shall only be recompensed according to his evil...' (Qur'an 6:160)

Allah also approves of those who do good deeds and does not appreciate those who do bad deeds. On the Day of Judgment, it is the good deeds that will help you reach paradise. Islam also encourages all Muslims to be merciful in their daily activities. Being merciful is important because it is one of the qualities of Allah. Allah is the most merciful and the most benevolent. However, Islam also differentiates between mercy and love.

Allah is also graceful. This means that He blesses humans with unmerited favors. However, even if you forgive, there is no assurance that all the sins of the individual are forgiven. This does not mean that you should not seek His forgiveness. By doing so, you might be forgiven for your sins.

Quran Means Universal Message

According to the Arabic language the word “Quran” means “collecting”. The glorious Quran is the collection of Surahs and every surah is linked to another in a very mannered way. There is another definition of the word Quran is that it is the general picture of all divine scriptures which Allah almighty sent to the different prophets in different times for the guidance of mankind. There is another language in the world that is called Hebrew which defines the word Quran as “Announcement”. Now we will see what Quran School teaches about Quran and its meaning.

Quran is the final book of Allah that he reveled to Muhammad (pbuh) when he was at the age of forty. Allah said in the glorious book: “O Messenger! You should announce the trait of Rabubiyyat (nourishment) of your Rabb (God), who is the inventor of the world. Announce that the One who has created living beings, has also created means for their sustenance” (96:1). That is why holy Quran is the universal message to all mankind in this world. So we all Muslims should be obedient by heart in the worship of Allah and must have the strong faith on Quran and Sunnah.

The general idea of Quran School teaching is that an individual must submitted his her wish or will completely to the court of Allah without any force or fear then Insha’Allah all worries and difficulties will be easily resolved. We should develop the system according to the laws of Islamic sharia for the strong structure of Islam.
