What is important for a sound sleep?

By definition fatigue is physical and/or mental exhaustion that can be triggered by stress, medication, overwork, or mental and physical illness or disease. Usually fatigue is deemed as a negative physical condition and of course the height of fatigue is surely damaging and perilous but a normal fatigue has some positive aspect in its credit like it brings drowsiness that leads us to sleep as one of the founding fathers of the United States ,Benjamin Franklin said;

“Fatigue is the best pillow”

This isn’t the statement of the man of single profession but of the one who was the man of multi- professions like a printer, satirist, political theorist, politician, scientist, inventor, civic activist, statesman, soldier and diplomat.

So along with the other factors like balanced diet, proper exercise, proper routine, fatigue also plays a vital role in a sound sleep. But above than all factors a quality mattress is the foremost because one whether rich or poor cannot sleep soundly with aching back. An inferior quality mattress causes the back to ache because it fails to provide proper support to the spine that interrupts man while sleeping.

So before purchasing mattresses always remember few points like; a mattress should be providing a proper support to the spine, it should distribute pressure evenly across the body to help circulation, decrease body movement and enhance sleep quality etc.

And the memory foam mattress is the only mattress that encompasses all above mentioned qualities but if you cannot afford purchasing new mattress then place the Memory foam mattress topper at the top of your existing mattress for comfy sleep.

Briefly stating give importance to your mattress as it protects your spine.
